
Cowl necklines are a lot more forgiving in construction and fit, so if you’re new to sewing bias tops or dresses, or want to take on a relatively easy bias project, try this first.
This version was half lined (detailed in Wooster bias top instructions), but you can definitely extend the length to make it fully lined. Just remember that your front will get very long, as it’s cut as one piece that folds at the neckline, and your fabric consumption will need to be adjusted accordingly.
