PRE-FALL 2020 MOODBOARD

You may think it’s odd to be thinking about fall in the middle of New York summer heat, but I like to start pre-planning some silhouettes, color palette and fabrics in advance. I enjoy developing new bodies just as much as I enjoy sewing, but it definitely takes a lot more time, effort and thinking ahead.

Pre-fall wardrobe is a transitional wardrobe: it’s an add-on to things you already have in your closet, and an opportunity to make year-around garments such as tank tops and t-shirts. I envision blazers and pants in cotton, linen or super light wool cut with ample amount of ease, clean lines and a touch of masculine tailoring.
